@Rurik Only on the portal click on networks then the configuration cog on the right for shared services.

@GThiesen : There is no such option for me. I opened up every submenu reachable either on the site or in the mobile app.

@Ibeme  Add a VLAN under networks and the Cog should appear.

@GThiesen @Florent after the instructions I was able to enable the shared services option and it seems to be working.

I will try different clients during the weekend, if I will encounter any other errors I will let you know.
