  • 1.  Can not add 2nd account

    I try to add 2nd account to my site and will transfer control of the site to this 2nd account. But when I add 2nd account, it does not show on the screen. I also check on my 2nd account email, there is no mail about ION ask for confirmation. What should I do next?

    @scchai When you add a second email address you should see that email address as a pending state in the administration page. And they should receive an email, If this is not happening please reach out to support for assistance.
