Can't add AP11D as the second AP. And can't hard reset AP11D

    Hi all,

    My partner tried to add AP11D and never succeed. And when he tried to hard reset the AP11D using reset button, never success too, never get the green amber flashing.

    Btw adding other AP type (AP11, AP15, AP12) as second AP is smoother, although sometimes have to hard reset too.

    Please share your experience in:

    1. Adding AP11D as second AP (wired or by air) successfully.

    2. Hard reset AP11D successfully using the reset button.
