    Hello,

my 1930 24 Port Switch keeps crashing regularly during the night.

There is no current crash log for this, the last one I got is this one (I don't know if this is related though):

%IPADTBL-F-IPSEGMNT: IP segment data is not found for interface User Defined Port 1.

    ***** FATAL ERROR *****
    Reporting Task: L2HU.
    Software Version: 1.0.2.125 (date Aug 2 2020 time 15:37:26)

***** END OF FATAL ERROR *****

Did anyone else experience those crashes and is there a fix for this?

    The last cold startup:

    Oct 16 2020 23:20:11InfoINIT-I-StartupCold Startup

I don't really have more information about this crash since there is nothing else in the log about this.

    illumni241,

    Welcome to my world!

I am getting a similar Crash Log message whenever I try to connect my WIn 2016 Server (which runs my Domain, DHCP and DNS). Currently I have it on another switch and my firewall does the routing between them - not ideal.

Are you using any L3 features such as routing and the DHCP Relay? For me that seems to be the issue.

Perhaps we should compare notes. So far Support have not been able to help me.

It seems to be an issue with Layer 3, yes. I disabled Layer 3 Routing to see if that is helping and so far it did not crash.
