Instant On - Wireless

Hello,

Just installed Access Point AP11D -Software ver 2.0.2, but cannot locate the vlan toggle switch as mentioned in the manual and features, any ideas? 

 

@ssd2020  Make sure your AP11D is setup in router mode.

But I really do not want to use this in a router mode as I have a separate router/firewall and would like to use this just an access point ,
If I really cannot use the wireless vlan option in AP mode then I guess I will have to return this as this doesn’t serve my purpose and is of no use to me.
Let me know if there are any alternative ways to get it working apart from switching it to router mode ...

@ssd2020 Try adding a new "wired" network - enter a name and VLAN and then save it.

Then try to setup your wireless network. I think the configuration sequence has changed since they added support for switches.

You were right.

First we need to create a wired network >then create wireless network >Options>Under ,IP and network assignment , change the assigned network to the vlan created.
