i call the support to solve the issue.
by the way , the CLI mode is only avalaible by the support center.
hard reset will not solve the issue because the AP configuration is corrupted.
the firmware update have erase the country code of my AP configuration . after reloading country code and reboot the AP , you must delete all your site configuration and create a new one to discover the AP in your network with SSID.
TAC confirm that the issue will be fixed in the update 1.4.
