I had the opportunity to acquire some AP11 devices and one of them was configured with cable but another was put in MESH, however I did not have a good experience with that MESH. I already returned it to factory values (only the mesh) and connected it with cable but when trying to find the AP it did not find it. It should be noted that everything is being done from the mobile app and that the main AP is still wired. What should I do? Is it necessary for the app to delete even the site configured from the beginning?
@RuleiroMx You should be able to delete the Mesh AP from the site and then re-add it back in from add new device, make sure when you add the AP back in it's in the same VLAN as the current working AP. you can also factory reset the 2nd AP once it has been removed from the site.
