  • 1.  Cant find my eleventh AP22 to add it to an existing location

    Hi, we have the issue, we cant add our AP22 to an existing location with ten AP22. Portal and App cant find the AP! 
    some time ago we had an input field in the portal for serial numbers and accounts so add the aps, this is no longer present. thats right?
    now we can only search the aps, but i cant find my in the sam subnet! i try it in different locations, with firewalls without firewalls, nothing helps...

    When i create a new location in the portal, i find it and can add it to the new location! strange....!

    If the new AP is already part of the same network, then the new AP should automatically discover, and the search will be able to identify the new AP. Are the APs on the same subnet?
