    Update: The outage has been resolved. 

    The Aruba Instant On solution is currently experiencing a temporary cloud service outage. Aruba Instant On switches and access points will continue to provide wired and wireless networking services as previously configured. Users may experience limitations in configuring the solution at this time.

     

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working diligently to resolve this issue. Once we resolve this issue, we will update this post. If you have any questions or concerns, please leave a comment below.

    您好，Aruba Instant On 目前完全無法操作，雖然你們說不會影響 wifi 功能，但當你們服務壞掉後我設置的 3 個SSID有其中一個直接消失無法搜尋(我們是透過VLAN設置的)，而因為你們服務壞了我也無法察看認是什麼狀況，已經暫時更換了舊的分享器，更換後網路已經正常，所以應該不是我們這邊設定的問題，請確認你們服務中斷的原因為何會影響到現有的路網運行，另外若日後你們服務結束我是有其他方法進入的的分享器做設定？
