    Hey,

    I see a strenge behaviour with the onboarding of devices. Last week I could easily add 8 AP to a site with their serials.

    Today im trying to add another one and the portal isn't asking for the serial, I can only start discoveries. This is kinda useless since the new AP is not located onsite yet but needs to join the site for testing purposes.

    Am I blind and there is a "add by serial" somewhere?

    Hey Rene,

    It seems like you're trying a remote site access point that will not be discoverable as the access point will be in a different subnet. You have to create a new site and onboard the access point.

    The question is : Why?

    I worked around by restarting the single online AP in this network. While it was restarting I had the option again to join by serial.

    So the function is already there. You just dont offer it when an AP is online in the network. Which is bad in cases like mine.
