    Good morning, please could you help me how to register my access point instant on ap11 in another account, that AP had already been registered by a provider in an account but that provider does not answer me and I have factory reset my AP but when I want to configure it again I The message appears that this device already exists in a site, my question is how can I remove it from that site without depending on my provider, thank you.
