  • 1.  Can't reset Mobile App logon password

    HI sir , 

    I forget my logon password and try to recovery my password .

    I really got mail from system , once i click "RESET NOW"

    Got  error massage , 

    HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

     

    Please kindly advices

    HI Jamie_E. Problem still there , no way to reset password . I really got mail from system . And access URL "Reset Now " .. URL will redirect to "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request" Mail from system. Account Password Reset You recently requested to reset your password for your Instant On Portal account. RESET NOW This link expires in 24 hours from the time it was sent. If you received this email by mistake, simply delete it.

    @AllenPan, Hi, a fix has been pushed for this issue yesterday. Please download the newest version of the mobile application and ask again for to reset password. The link should be valid. Thank you.
