Aruba 1960, locally configured no longer able to access once it went online

    I setup an Aruba 1960 and chose to set it up locally.  Once it was configured I plugged it into the network and now I no longer have local access.  I can't go to the web UI nor Telnet.  The switch is working fine so I don't know if cloud management has locked me out even though I chose to do local management.  How do I regain access to this switch without losing the config?
