Do 1930/1960 series allow to manually set a down/up limitations per-port?

    Hello, by looking at series 1930 and 1960 quickspecs there is a feature to Rate Limiting and Traffic Shaping each port of the switch, but this feature doesn't allow to manually input an upload limitations on a single port.

    Does anyone know if this feature is allowed on Instant on products?
