How do I factory reset my switch? I am locked out of the interface. It will not accept my user name and password. I have tried both my admin default and my user name. The guide only can show me the factory reset when logged in.
Hi Doug! there is a reset button on the switch. On the bottom right you will see a very small hole. Beneath the how it says reset. Push a paperclip in that hole, push the button and hold it in until all of the ports turn green.
