Hi,
my portal account for some reason does not have access to this community could you update me on what might be the issue?
i click on community in the drop down and i am asked to sign in and i cannot.
the process i went through was to create an account with the same email as the portal account and was informed that an account already existed...i think the portal account and this community account are somehow linked...
