    I am unable to change the email address even though the option is available. This account is somehow intertwined with my portal account that has a different email address....please assist

    Hi Goaks 8128,

    Welcome to the Aruba Instant On Community! We're so happy that you are a new member. However, when changing your email, you must make sure you re-enter your password after clicking on the prompt "change." It will then allow you to change your email address. Let me know if you continue to have issues with this.

    Thank you, i have tried that :( i enter my password and then confirm but no go. also i am unable to logon with my portal account that i use to manage my switch and i think there is an issue there...

    Hi,
    my portal account for some reason does not have access to this community could you update me on what might be the issue?
    i click on community in the drop down and i am asked to sign in and i cannot.
    the process i went through was to create an account with the same email as the portal account and was informed that an account already existed...i think the portal account and this community account are somehow linked...

    I'm having this issue too.
    When I click change email, it asks for the password twice.
    I enter what I have and it says incorrect.
    Is there restrictions on special characters or something?

    is this linked to my iOS APP also?

    I'm going to check with our admins to find out if this is a glitch. You can change your email by going under "My Account" and "Email Preferences" to update your email address.
