Instant On - Wired

Hi to all. Can somebody help me with the 1930 Sw? The problem is: when i reseted to default, sw asked to update firmware and i say OK! But in the moment on updating was lost power. In the next power on he do not switched up! And now the sw linked up port1 green led and all SFP ports orange led. There is a connector on the board "console" which wire can fit?
