Adopting devices behind Carrier Grade NAT

    Hello all,

I am wondering exactly what Aruba's Instant On cloud uses to determine if a device is in an "existing site" or not when creating a new site and adopting devices.
From what I can tell, the external WAN IP address does not factor into this as I can create new sites with devices behind the same WAN NAT IP.
Do these devices determine they are in the same site if they can see another Aruba Instant On devices' broadcast via Layer 2 or is it based on the Layer3 subnet somehow?

My intent is make sure these can be deployed behind a Carrier-grade NAT solution. The same 192.168.1.0/24 subnet would be at many of the locations but appearing as the same CGN-NAT IP externally, potentially. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
