Hello All,
I've been testing some AP11s in my company's office to see if we want to roll them out to branches. I love how easy they are to set up and manage but I have a problem. One of my APs just goes down once or twice a hour. The LED blinks orange for a few minutes before going back to all green. I've tried plugging it in to different ports on the same switch and hooked it up directly to a gateway but the problem persists.
I see there is a console port on the device, but I don't know how to access it. I read somewhere they aren't meant to accessed on the Instant On devices. Either way, I would be eternally grateful if you all could provide some troubleshooting direction.
