    Sure would be nice if the WAN credentials for PPPoE could be updated from the InstantOn Cloud Mgmt.

    Hey Stephan,

    We currently have the option to provide PPPoE usernames and passwords during the initial AP setting. Please, refer to the link below and look under the heading, Setting Up Your WAN Connectivity for Your Network. Please, let us know if these were the steps you followed.

    Yes, the PPPoE setup works very poorly. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. Quite clumsy and unreliable.

     

    Once its set, you cant edit it through any interface/portal. Looks like it needs to be completely reset. The Aruba InstantOn portal lacks the ability to manage this at all.

     

    This is hopeless for a provider like us as the unit may be in another city in the country.
