From what I can tell, they do not include the InstantOn line from their portal support system. They are taking the Ubiquiti/Apple path, where nothing is documented until a question is asked. Oh yeah, and the products are painted white, not black or silver, because that makes them friendlier to non-technical people.
Seriously, though, it looks as if the "community" is the sole source of support for the InstantOn series.
This was my first foray into this product line, and while it shows great value potential, it has a ways to go. I'm hoping for just a few simple improvements to the GUI, mentioned elsewhere. I'll just keep nagging and hoping--Ubiquiti-style!

I confirmed that the existing file InstantOn_1930_1.0.2.0_125.swi is missing.
If there is a problem, should I downgrade the existing updated product?
