  • 1.  Private message from the web portal

    Hi,

    I don't know why, but I received private messages from my web portal account. I replied to the private message, but it seems the other party never got my reply. If I take a look in sent items folder.... no message at all.

    So my question.... does someone is having private sent messages in their sent folder ???

    I'm using Safari on Mac OS.
