Hi @echrisman
Thanks for your input, sure I will review my Firewall logs and see whether it's blocking the AP's connecting to cloud/ exclude Aruba instant On gear or MAC address to see if it's fix this behaviour.

Depending how tight your firewall policy is, your firewall may be blocking the Aruba Instant On gear from connecting properly to the cloud. You might try checking your firewall logs to see if it is blocking the Aruba Instant On switch and/or APs from connecting to cloud. I have had this issue myself and have had to exclude the Aruba instant On gear from Advanced firewall applicaiton Security features. You can do this by either excluding the MAC address/es of the Aruba Instant On gear, or the IPs of these devices if they are static.

Subject: Aruba Instant On AP22 Access Point - State changed to offline post Firewall configuration
Hello All,
New to Aruba InstantOn, we have two "Aruba Instant On AP22 Access Point" devices setup and working fine. A week ago we setup Firewall and this is how our network architecture is, ISP > Firewall > Aruba Network switch > LAN & Access Points. After the Firewall setup our AP's shows Active but went offline (Attached picture). It continues broadcasting SSID's and we are able to connect without any issues but connected devices now shows only in the Firewall console not the Aruba Instant On Portal.
Is this behavior normal since we setup the Firewall on top of Network switch & Access points?
