  • 1.  Cannot activate radio 5GHz only AP22/AP11D

    Hello Member

    I have AP22/AP11D I setting on instant on mobile app to enable Radio 5GHz only in SSID. I cannot find SSID name in the air but i enable radio both 2.4 and 5 GHz I can find SSID on the air. How can I fix this issue please advise me

    Hi Tho Kan, 

    Not sure if I understand the issue correctly however to enable or disable 2.4 or 5Ghz the setting is available under SSID -> options as highlighted below

    I am running the same setup - 5GHz-only SSID and I can say: just give it more time.

    Sometimes it takes a few minutes until you see the 5GHz SSID on e.g. your iPhone.

    So be patient.
