    Hello,

    I've been an Aruba InstantOn customer for several months. I've read through community posts in the past, but never logged in or tried to post messages.

    I just tried logging into the community with the same email address I use to log into the Aruba InstantOn portal, and kept getting redirected to a page that looks like this:


    I noticed the URL changes once authenticated and shows the following URI:

    /HigherLogic/Security/AccountDisabled.aspx

    I can't even access my user profile. The only way I was able to get access to the community was to create a new Aruba InstantOn user account. Even then, I received the same error, but I was able to access my profile. I populated my profile with some minimal information about me, and I was able to access the communities successfully.

    I'm confused as to why my daily use account would be disabled seeing as how I've never tried accessing the communities before. There should be no reason my account has been blocked.

    Any ideas what might be going on here?

    Exactly the same here - need to use a temp account now :-(

    How can I use this community with my prod profile?

    Anyone please?

    please submit a request with the account you wish to use and the one you're currently using to airheadsteam@hpe.com

    Okay Greg, unfortunately your suggestion didn't work out as you pointed me to HPE Support and they can't help me with an AIO problem.
    Sounds logic to me.
    This is their answer and I am ping-ponging now :-(

    So what to do now please?
    Who can help me?

    heya same issue here. I keep registering new accounts with temp email addresses to be able to post... Is there somebody to contact to the get account enabled? thanks
