Hello,
I've been an Aruba InstantOn customer for several months. I've read through community posts in the past, but never logged in or tried to post messages.
I just tried logging into the community with the same email address I use to log into the Aruba InstantOn portal, and kept getting redirected to a page that looks like this:

I noticed the URL changes once authenticated and shows the following URI:
/HigherLogic/Security/AccountDisabled.aspxI can't even access my user profile. The only way I was able to get access to the community was to create a new Aruba InstantOn user account. Even then, I received the same error, but I was able to access my profile. I populated my profile with some minimal information about me, and I was able to access the communities successfully.
I'm confused as to why my daily use account would be disabled seeing as how I've never tried accessing the communities before. There should be no reason my account has been blocked.
Any ideas what might be going on here?
