    Hey there,

    One of the reasons I bought Aruba APs, was the ability to connect my google workspace as IDP. 
    You can see the guide here:
    Configuring User Policy
    Unfortunately, it seems like the option is not enabled... Please help me.

    This screenshot provided is for Aruba Central and is not related to the Instant On cloud portal. Can you tell us which AP you're using?
