    Please allow us to adjust the duration something needs to be offline before sending a notification.

    Currently it seems instant. When a customer reboots a device our noc gets an alert raised....

    So far, I have have over 1000 notifications because whatever the ntoification system is, it is TRIGGER HAPPY.

    It would understandable if I had like 100 devices, not 2

    As such, I too would love a feature that stopped you spamming me for complete bogons. That and information as to WHY it thinks it is offline. It's on a 10G IPoE link. 7ms from home that has never gone down once since it was turned on on March 31st.

    Starting on March 29th this year, to date I have over 3000 messages "Some devices are offline on site PLUGH Site" And absolutely ZERO clues as to what is causing this.

    On average, I get this message between 2 and 3 times an hour. all day, every day, even at weekends when there is no one in the office and not to put too fine a point on it,

    IT IS REALLY ANNOYING.

    The big problem is there is a total lack of information.  All I get is this:

    Some Instant On devices are powered down, have connectivity issues or are restarting.

    Now, they are not restarting, they are fine. they have already worked flawlessly at the previous building near Korakuen for 2 years with a grand total of 20 such messages in that time.The network changed when moving to the new (even older) building in Korakuen, the provider changed, the router changed but the PoE and the 2 AP11D's did not change.

    I need some means to find out what the REAL cause is, and to do that, I need INFORMATION. Pause to look for any logs what so ever. <fx: hollow laugh>

    Do I need to open a support ticket to find out what the hell is going on here? I shouldn't have to. I should be able to find it on my own.

    Lovely hardware, nice and easy to use notwithstanding. I am loathe to recommend this for any client when I keep getting this error and all I can tell them is "I have no idea." The customer gets copies of this message and they are wondering too.
