My NAS is connected through port trunking to a 1930 switch, but unfortunately the NAS does not show up as a client nor as a device in neither the web app nor the mobile app. Although the NAS is not visible, everything seems to be working just fine. Nevertheless I want to be able to see the amount of data transfer and application usage in either the web app or the mobile app just like with any other client (and without removing the port trunking capability). Is there something I can do to make this happen now or does this require software changes on your side?

The Instant On Portal is designed to show only Instant On Devices ( switches, APs, transceivers ) along with wired or wireless clients connected to the Instant On Switches or APs. NAS should show up as a client on the client's page; however, the amount of data transfer or application visibility is currently possible only for wireless clients and not wired clients.
