    hi every one,

    I was wondering if you could help me;

    I have a wireless network infrastructure with AP 15, AP 17, and 1960 switches. Lately the following problem has been presented: the APS disconnect and the WiFi service is lost, after a while they reconnect on their own and the service is restored. When checking in the Aruba Instant On portal, they change from Active - Offline - Active status. I check logs on the switch and PoE configuration on each port and everything is fine. I don't know what the problem might be.

    Could you please help me

    Hi Danilo.

    From information provided it is not possible to determine the cause of the problem.

    Unfortunately you won't get any useful info from Instant On portal. If you have a console cable (orange one), you can check on the AP what was the latest reboot reason. If it is power failure, then you have several possibilities. Or your main power fluctuate, or power supply on your switch is getting tired, or the switch is getting to hot.

    Best would be to open TAC case.

    If you don't have a console cable, you can, if convenient, change switch management from cloud to local. Configuration will be lost, so take that into account. And you can then get support report from the switch.

    Still I prefer to open TAC case.

    Best, Gorazd
