I would like a wifi network that can only access the internal network and (possibly) a few external addresses. I have tablets in kiosk mode that need to display only one presentation web page.

Exactly the opposite of the two options that the control dashboard offers me. Restricted access, only "internet" is allowed by default and destinations can be specified. I have 12 APs. The app I use allows me to manage only the use of the browser, blocking the other features.

Yes, guest welcome pages can be customized for guest Wi-Fi networks. Can you please share the AP you're using? Please refer to our user guide for a detailed configuration of your AP.
