1930: old device not working on all ports

    Hello community:

    Switch: 1930 24G (JL682A)

    Firmware: 2.9.1.17

    I have a very old device that does not work on all ports. The connection is 10 Mbps half duplex. The problem is independent of auto negotiation.

    Ports:

    • 13 working
    • 14 working
    • 15 not working
    • 16 not working
    • 17 working
    • 18 working
    • 19 not working
    • 20 not working

      I have a second 1930: the device is working on the exact same ports.

      Further Tests:

      1930 --- (1 GB)-- > 1810 ---10 Mbit HD--> device: 

      the device is working on all ports of 1810. The 1810 is working on all ports of 1930

      1930 --- (forced to  10 MBit HD)-- > 1810 ---10 Mbit HD--> device: 

      The 1810 is working on all ports of 1930.

      Any ideas?
