I have an InstantOn 1930 at a client site using a Fortigate 80F as a firewall. A device on the network needs to be able to access both the corporate network and an access device network, which are set up as separate VLANs on both the firewall and the switch. The port the device is connected to has the corporate network untagged and the access device network tagged, and is getting DHCP as it should from the corporate network.
Problem is, the device cannot now see anything on the access device network, and in the device list it is only showing as on the corporate network. As soon as the device is connected to a port with the access device untagged on it, it can obviously see everything on the access device network. What should I be checking here?
