I have an ARUBA JL806A switch (V2.7.0) and I can't get Layer 3 IP traffic to route between VLANs.
Switch Setup:
Global Route ON
VLAN 1 - Interface 192.168.1.1
VLAN 2 - Interface 192.168.2.1
Two computers:
Computer 1 - On VLAN 1 192.168.1.2 GW 192.168.1.1
Computer 2 - On VLAN 2 192.168.2.2 GW 192.168.2.1
Each computer can PING the switch Interface address for its VLAN
Each computer can PING the switch Interface address for the other VLAN on the switch (ie Computer 1 can ping 192.168.2.1)
The computers cannot PING each other.
The route tables in the switch indicate the correct routes, however the switch doesn't seem to be internally passing the IP Layer 3 packets between the VLANS
Has anyone seen this issue and resolved it?
