Instant On - Wired

Hi everyone,

I have a switch aruba instant on 1930.

I've been told from my company that we used to use this switch, but it stopped working as soon as we tried to update the firmware.

In doing the update it blocked itself, and since then when attached to power, the LEDs of ports 25-to-28 are always on.

I already tried to do the hard reset to factory but it seems that nothing is changing. 

Do you have any ideas on why it does that and how to fix this problem?
