My 1960-48G JL808A(Firmware 2.8.1) CPU is at 100%, but the web console and fan are working normally.
Is there a way to reset it without rebooting?

    Hi,

Are you using cloud managed or local web interface?

Thank you for your response. I use local management.

    Hi,

If possible, can you try the generate support file option?

    Click generate support information.

    Click 'Download as text'
In the downloaded file, can you please check the "buffered log" to see if any errors are displayed?
Also in the Loop protection section, is loop protection enabled?
If possible, try temporarily enabling loop protection.
If there are loops they, might appear in the suspended interface section

Loop protection is being used except for uplink.
The console and fan are operating normally, so we believe that no loop is occurring.
Even when the event occurs, nothing is recorded in the log.

Sorry, the log cannot be uploaded for security reasons.

In the log you are interested in,
Port 1/48 ,MAC xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx : Cannot be added to the FDB (Hash Table Collision)
    Is there a problem?

    Hi,

    Thanks for checking the log.

From my googling, it appears one fix to the "Mac collision"  might be to temporarily disconnect the device with the listed MAC address ( https://community.cisco.com/t5/switches-small-business/cannot-be-added-to-the-fdb-hash-table-collision/td-p/4968130 ).

Based, on the message it sounds like port 1 would be the place to check first.

Alternatively, I would suggest contacting Auba instant on support directly, from this page ,

Thank you very much for everything.
I was thinking about updating the firmware soon,
so I'll adjust it so that it reboots.
