  • 1.  Upgrading Aruba InstantOn 1960 - uploaded fw too old

    Hello,

    I've got a stack of 2 Aruba InstantOn 1960, with version 2.3.3. When I try to upload a new firmware to the backup image (https://community.arubainstanton.com/blogs/jamie-easly1/2021/11/01/instanton1960switchsoftwareportal?CommunityKey=26af222f-d9da-43cb-a665-cba6c273756c ), I get an error saying "Copy: Version too old, downgrade prevented."

    I get the same error, trying to upload versions 2.4.0 to 2.8.0.17.
    I understand that version 2.3.3 is older that 2.4.0 onwards. Any idea?

    Is there another URL from which I can download the firmware images?

    I've got the exact same problem.

    File Transfer Status
    Update
    Backup Image
    Operation Failed
    Copy: Version too old, downgrade prevented.

    Hello, Just Extract the firmware of the ".ZIP" folder an upload only the ".wsi" file.
