Instant On - Wired

Hi all,

I'm installing my first switch Aruba Instant On 1930 24G Class4 PoE 4SFP/SFP+ 370W Switch (pn JL684A).

I wanna be able to register this switch with my app Instant On but the led "Instant On" (cloud-shaped led) does not blink green/amber but is always off.

Why?

I'm sure that the switch is conneted to internet without firewall and block policies, in other words "all open".

@EllegiSrl  You can create a new site and then select switch and it will walk you through adding the SN# or you can scan the barcode. If you are getting an IP address you can put that in the web browser and it will give you some information.

Same issue. There is no way to get cloud-shaped led on. So we can not detect the device at portal with SN or barcode

I'm having a similar issue. Switch can't be located on the app or web portal. The only difference is the cloud LED is solid amber, meaning there are issues connecting to cloud services.
