Instant On - Wired

Hi,
I need to install my first "Aruba IOn 1930 24G 4SFP".

It's a network that starts from new.
I would like to configure a portion of ports for the LAN and a portion of ports for VoIP.

I can't find a starting guide.
Can you give me some tips to start installing?
